We deliver our Order Online Wedding Flowers collection within approximately 50 miles of Ely.
Once you’ve placed your order a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your delivery requirements and arrange any additional fees. See below for more fee information.

Delivery will be charged at our standard rates for addresses within our retail delivery area of CB1-7, CB24-25, PE15-16). Deliveries outside of this will be charged at 75p per mile and will include the return journey.
We recommend having your wedding flowers delivered on the morning of your wedding. Delivery to more than one address such as for delivery of personal and reception flowers is available.
Please note this is a delivery only service, there is no installation available and there should be someone present to receive and set up your flowers.
Collecting Your Own Flowers
We recommend that you allow our expert team to deliver for you.
If collecting your flowers from us, it is your responsibility to ensure you have ample vehicle space and storage. Flowers are delicate and require careful packing. Should you wish to collect your own flowers please contact us to discuss the requirements for your order. Thatch & Roses accept no responsibility for any damage caused during transit if you have collected your own flowers.
We recommend having your flowers delivered the morning of your wedding, but understand that you may wish to have them the day before. It is important care guides are followed.
Bouquets and venue flowers should be kept as cool as possible, and ideally away from bright light.
Personal flowers that are not in water such as buttonholes and flower crowns should be kept in their packaging and stored in a fridge.
All packaging should be removed shortly before your wedding. Bouquets will need their stems drying, you can do this approx one hour before your wedding.
After your wedding, to enjoy your flowers for longer, recut the stems of your flowers and place back into tepid water.
The care and condition of all flowers are no longer the responsibility of Thatch & Roses once delivery has been completed. You can read more in our terms and conditions here.

By placing your Order Online Wedding Flowers order with us you thereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
Your flowers may differ slightly to those shown due to the seasonal availability of flowers. We reserve the right to make changes to the same or greater value, to insure you get the best flowers available.
A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for your order. Full refunds will be given up to 14 days prior to delivery. After 14 days orders are non-refundable.
Additional items may be added to your order up to 7 days before delivery.
In the rare event that you place and order for which we are already at full capacity for weddings you will be refunded in full within 24 hours of your order being received. If you would like to check your date with us in advance of ordering please email firstname.lastname@example.org
A full refund for cancellation of your wedding will only be issued up to 14 days prior to the date of delivery. Any cancellations made after 14 days will be charged in full.
Postponements will only be accepted up to 14 days prior to the date of delivery. Once postponed, cancellations will not be accepted and therefore no refunds will be issued, postponed weddings can only be postponed further.
Any issues must be communicated to us directly by whomever ordered the flowers.We are unable to accept complaints on behalf of the customer.
We recommend having your personal flowers delivered the day before your wedding, and your venue flowers, if delivered the venue, day of. We are unable to take responsibility of any flowers once delivered or those that have been collected by your or a member of your party. If there are any issues with your flowers upon arrival, we must be notified within 30 minutes of delivery in order for the situation to be dealt with accordingly, by replacement or refund.
